  • What is the Collegejersey.com returns policy?

    • If you would like to return your LICENSED PRODUCT order for any reason (in its original condition with tags); you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund less shipping. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all custom made items that are returned, cancelled or exchanged.

    If you would like to return your GAME USED order for any reason, you are welcome to return it within 5 days of receipt for a refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
       
       
  • What is the Collegejersey.com NO returns policy?

    • The return policy is applicable only to items purchased at the FULL REGULAR RETAIL PRICE. If any discount is offered on an item, then the item CANNOT be returned for a refund, rather can only be exchanged for an item of LESSER OR EQUAL VALUE AS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE.

    There are NO returns or exchanges on Game Used custom orders. If you have a jersey customized with a name on the back, we cannot accept a return or exchange due to the fact that we have permanently altered the garment for you.
       
       
  • Holiday return policy?

    • If you would like to return your LICENSED PRODUCT order for any reason (in its original condition with tags); you are welcome to return it by January 9th for all puchases made during the holiday season for a refund less shipping.
       
       
  • Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

    • Returns on items qualifying for free shipping will be net of shipping cost.

    If the return or exchange is a result of our error, we will happily refund your full purchase price including shipping, handling and insurance.
       
       
  • What is the Collegejersey.com Refund Policy

    • We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product. You have up to 30 days to report the issue with your Licensed Product order and 5 days for Game Used Product orders.

    If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 30 days of delivery of the Licensed Product and within 5 days of delivery of the Game Used product. We refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

    You can expect your refund within 2 Billing Cycles of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 2 Billing Cycles because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 7 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 10 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

    There are no refunds on any Custom Orders. No Exceptions!
     
     
  • What is the Collegejersey.com Exchange Policy


    • If you would like to exchange your GAME USED order for any reason, you are welcome to do so within 5 days of receipt for another GAME USED item. Please note, return shipping charges will apply and after 5 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

    If you would like to exchange your LICENSED PRODUCT order for any reason (in its original condition with tags); you are welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. Please note, return shipping charges will apply unless we are in error.

    NOTES:
    - If you exchange a Game Used Product after 5 days of receipt you will have to pay a 10% restocking fee.

    - Once we receive your exchange request we will email you a credit in the amount of your order less shipping towards a non-eBay purchase of an item from our website.

    - If you wish to exchange an item which qualified for free shipping, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

    EXCHANGE PROCESS:
    Follow the steps below to return an item to Collegejersey.com

    1. Click HERE to login to your account.
    2. Click the Complete Order History link and search for the order that contains the item you want to return.
    3. Select the radial button next to the item you want to return.
    4. Complete the Return/Exchange form.
    5. Click "Continue".
    6. Please print the return form and send it back with the product(s).
    7. Follow and complete the online instructions.

    NOTES:
    If you fail to follow the exchange instructions, your return package will be refused by our processing facility and the package will be returned to you.
