RETURNS POLICY
       
(1) GAME USED ITEMS If you would like to return your GAME USED order for any reason, you are welcome to within 5 days of receipt for a refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
       
(2) LICENSED PRODUCTS If you would like to return your LICENSED PRODUCT order for any reason (in its original condition with tags); you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund less shipping. Refunds on items qualifying for free shipping will be net of shipping cost.
       

       
EXCHANGES POLICY
       
(1) GAME USED ITEMS If you would like to exchange your GAME USED order for any reason, you are welcome to do so within 5 days of receipt for another GAME USED item. Please note, return shipping charges will apply and after 5 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
       
(2) LICENSED PRODUCTS If you would like to exchange your LICENSED PRODUCT order for any reason (in its original condition with tags); you are welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. Please note, return shipping charges will apply unless we are in error
       
* NOTES - If you exchange a Game Used Product after 5 days of receipt you will have to pay a 10% restocking fee.

- Once we receive your exchange request we will email you a credit in the amount of your order less shipping towards a non-eBay purchase of an item from our website.

- If you wish to return or exchange an item which qualified for free shipping, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

       
EXCEPTIONS
       
(1) OUR ERROR If the return or exchange is a result of our error, we will happily refund your full purchase price including shipping, handling and insurance.
       
(2) NON-REFUNDABLE The return policy is applicable only to items purchased at the FULL REGULAR RETAIL PRICE. If any discount is offered on an item, then the item CANNOT be returned for a refund, rather can only be exchanged for an item of LESSER OR EQUAL VALUE AS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE.
       
(3) CUSTOM ORDERS THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS. If you have a jersey customized with a name on the back, we cannot accept a return or exchange due to the fact that we have permanently altered the garment for you.
       
(4) HOLIDAY ORDERS If you would like to return your LICENSED PRODUCT order for any reason (in its original condition with tags); you are welcome to return it January 9th for all puchases made during the holiday season for a refund less shipping.
