1. HOURS OF OPERATION - If you would like product and pricing information or assistance with your order, please email us us at . We will return your email promptly between the hours of 8am and 4pm EST, Monday - Friday. If you email outside of those times, we will reply the following business day.

2. SHIPPING - We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter. We cannot credit your account if the package is returned for incorrect/insufficient address. Please include a phone number with your order.

3. GUARANTEE OF SHIPMENT - UPS guarantees shipment of packages and we adhere to their guidelines as to what is covered.

4. SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE CHARGES - Currently, all items are shipped via UPS - Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Handling and insurance charges are included in the price that is calculated at the time of checkout via UPS OnLine® Tools. More expensive items will cost more to ship due to the higher cost of insuring the shipment. Items that are extra large or heavy may be subject to additional charge. 5. ORDERS - Orders with UPS Ground delivery will ship within two business days. Orders with UPS 2nd Day or Overnight shipping placed before 1pm EST M-F will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST M-F will ship the following business day.

6. PRICES - Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. METHOD OF PAYMENT - We accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express & Discover. Personal checks, money order and cashier's check. Orders paid via personal check will not ship until check clears. There will be a $20.00 charge for returned checks. Please do not send cash in the mail.

9. SALES TAXES Florida sales tax of 6.5% will be charged to all items shipped within Florida.

10. HOLDING - We will gladly hold an item for 24 hours with a credit card. No sale is final until payment is received.

11. GAME USED - Any of the jerseys, pants, helmets or other items within the GAME USED section on our website may show wear which could include rips, tears, scratches, scuffing and other wear. This is considered normal and acceptable for such products. Please review the pictures of any products and request any specific details prior to ordering.
