EST, Monday - Friday. If you email outside of those times, we will
reply the following business day. 2. SHIPPING - We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter. We cannot credit your account if the package is returned for incorrect/insufficient address. Please include a phone number with your order. 3. GUARANTEE OF SHIPMENT - UPS guarantees shipment of packages and we adhere to their guidelines as to what is covered. 4. SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE CHARGES - Currently, all items are shipped via UPS - Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Handling and insurance charges are included in the price that is calculated at the time of checkout via UPS OnLine® Tools. More expensive items will cost more to ship due to the higher cost of insuring the shipment. Items that are extra large or heavy may be subject to additional charge. For more information please email us at 5. ORDERS - Orders with UPS Ground delivery will ship within two business days. Orders with UPS 2nd Day or Overnight shipping placed before 1pm EST M-F will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST M-F will ship the following business day. 6. PRICES - Prices are subject to change without notice. 7. METHOD OF PAYMENT - We accept Visa and MasterCard, personal check, money order and cashier's check. Orders paid via personal check will not ship until check clears. There will be a $20.00 charge for returned checks. Please do not send cash in the mail. 8. RETURNS - Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you are welcome to return it within 5 days for a refund less shipping, handling and insurance. If you would like to return your order 5 days or more after receipt, you may do so for a merchandise credit. Credit card purchases have a 10% restocking fee. We must receive an email from you within the 5 day period for a refund. No returns on custom orders. 9. SALES TAXES Florida sales tax of 6.5% will be charged to all items shipped within Florida. 10. HOLDING - We will gladly hold an item for 24 hours with a credit card. No sale is final until payment is received. |
